Manufacturer’s Description

The Cabot Guns National Standard Deluxe is a 1911-style semiauto chambered in .45 ACP and built on a 420 stainless steel frame with a 420 stainless steel slide. This series is limited to 25 units for 2012. The National Standard Deluxe is polished by hand to a 2-micron, mirror-like finish, and the design is focused on simplicity and elegance. This pistol also features grips made of mammoth-tusk ivory (clear acrylic grips that show off the grip and magazine are also available).

Other features include:

  • A stainless nm grade barrel;
  • a polished feed ramp;
  • a lowered and flared ejection port;
  • a 16.5 lb. recoil spring;
  • a Tristar trigger;
  • rear slide serrations;
  • top slide serrations;
  • a right-hand thumb safety;
  • an extended slide stop;
  • 20 lpi front strap checkering;
  • Novak adjustable three-dot sights; and
  • an eight-round magazine.

Note: Cabot also makes a non-deluxe version of the National Standard.
