The Charter Arms Pit Bull is a five-shot revolvers built on a stainless steel frame and chambered in .40 SW and 9mm. A dual coil spring assembly located in the extractor allows for the insertion and retention of the rimless .40 SW and 9mm cartridges in each chamber—no moon clips are required.

The revolver sports a matte stainless finish and a rubber grip. Other features include a fixed frame rear sight, a ramped front sight and a standard hammer. A DAO hammer is available upon request.
