This gun will not properly eject spent rounds. It only jams…. Company does not return calls.

If Escel Arms had a zero rating it would be too high. Returned gun to factory and they sent it back to me stating there was nothing wrong. They said I need to use CCI TNT 17 grain. That does not fix the problem either. The gun still bulges at case head and won’t eject spent rounds properly. It only jams. Company does NOT return calls at all. They will not answer the phone. You are given options of the automatic answering for the phone but not one is ever available. I would appreciate a response to this email. You have a lifetime warranty that is apparently not honored by you at all.

These people are the lowest . My .17 blew up on me twice. they won’t respond to me except to take the gun back to fix it. I even offered to trade out for the .17 ruger they sell and no answer. They told me the same bs about the ammo. This weapon is dangerous. It cut my finger; chipped my glasses and scratched my friends face when it blew. They won’t talk to me now; they have the gunandall I have is a empty wallet. They need a class action put on them. Mayby MICHROTECH SMALL ARMS RESEARCH COULD HELP THEM OUT?Something needs to be done.
