Manufacturer’s Description
The Nighthawk Predator II is a 1911-style Commander-size pistol (i.e., a full-size frame with a 4.25″ slide) chambered in 9mm, .40 SW or .45 ACP. Nighthawk says its Predator pistols shares all the specifications of its Talon pistols, except the barrel. The Predator II’s barrel begins as a Nighthawk one-piece 416d stainless steel barrel. The slide is relieved, and the barrel is fit precisely. Nighthawk says this adds more weight to the muzzle, dampening the recoil and muzzle flip, which allows for much faster follow-up shots.
Novak Low Mount tritium night sights or Heinie Slant Pro Straight Eight sights come standard. Heinie Sights and fiber-optic front sights are also available.
Crimson Trace Lasergrips with the Nighthawk logo are available for $199. Available finishes include Perma Kote in black, sniper gray, green, coyote tan, titanium blue, hard chrome and diamond black.
