Summary: The manufacturer’s description and specs, and the average user rating for the Ruger P944 pistol.
The Ruger P90 is an aluminum-framed, .40 SW caliber pistol with polycarbonate grip panels and fixed, high-visibility, 3-Dot front and rear sights. It features an ambidextrous manual safety for both left- and right-handed shooters that is within easy reach of either thumb.
The steel slide comes with either Ruger’s proprietary Terhune Anticorro stainless steel or chrome-molybdenum blued steel. The frame is constructed of black, hard-coated, aircraft quality A356T aluminum, and the grip panels are built with black, nearly indestructible polycarbonate.
The P944 is designed to be easily maintained and can be field-stripped into five major subassemblies for cleaning, without the need for special tools. It comes with two magazines, a magazine loader and a hard plastic case.
