If I could rate the customer service, it would be lower than 1 star. I purchased a new AT 380 II and had both failure to feed rounds and a “stove pipe” issue where rounds fail to eject. After trying different brands of ammo, I sent it back to the factory. After I paid the shipping both ways, my hopes were dashed when I made it through less than one magazine before the problems started again. Not happy.

Pro: Nice concept of simple, stainless 380.

Con: It does not work, and the factory does not care enough to fix it.
