Manufacturer’s Description
Dan Wesson‘s Discretion is a 1911-style pistol built on a forged steel frame with a flat-top steel slide, and chambered in .45 ACP or 9mm. Other features include:
- A match-grade, stainless steel, extended, threaded barrel;
- forward slide cuts to lighten the slide;
- top lengthwise slide serrations to reduce glare;
- an M1913 accessory rail;
- a tall Trijicon tritium dot front sight designed to accomodate a suppressor;
- a tall Trijicon tritium rear sight designed to accomodate a suppressor, with a notch, one centered dot, and a flat front so you can use it to run the slide on a belt one-handed if needed;
- a tuned, skeletonized EGW trigger with a slight curve and grip serrations;
- frontstrap and backstrap grip checkering (25 LPI);
- a magwell funnel;
- an upswept beavertail grip safety;
- a left-side thumb safety;
- a black finish on the frame and slide; and
- two magazines.
