I just got this gun in last week and it is awesome. It is very tight, has great sights, the green fiber optic in the front is very bright and picks up great when aiming and shooting, and it shoots great. Recoil to me felt little more than my 45 1911s. I have only shot 50 rounds through it so far, factory 180 grain FMJ, and had no failure to feed or failure to eject. The only reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 is because the front strap is not checkered as some pics online show. I own a Kimber, SIG, Taurus, and two STI 1911s and this one is as good as all the others in my opinion.
If only they had a double stack option!
