Rohrbaugh Firearms‘ 380 is a .380 ACP subcompact semiauto constructed of stainless steel and aircraft aluminum alloy for low maintenance and rust-resistant properties against moisture and perspiration. It’s devoid of any sharp edges so as to not wear holes in clothing, handbags, etc., and Rohrbaugh says it’s simple and easy to dissemble and reassemble so the proper maintenance can be done by anyone, and so that functioning reliability can be maintained.
The slide-to-frame fit is designed to keep dust and lint out of the mechanisms. You can get it with or without sights—the 380s has them, the 380 doesn’t.
The 380 is designed with the use of CAD/CAM programs. CNC machines perform the manufacturing. Then each gun is then hand fitted and assembled. The materials used include quality stainless steel, 7075 aircraft aluminum, G-10 grips and Wolff springs.
Three models are available: Standard, with a stainless slide; Stealth, with a black-coated slide; and Stealth Elite, with a black-coated slide that’s been hand polished.
Each 380 comes with a hard polymer case, two magazines, a cable lock, an owner’s manual, disassembly and lubrication instructions, and an extra recoil spring.
