Manufacturer’s Description
Ruger says its Super Redhawk revolvers have all of the advantages of the Ruger Redhawk plus additional features, such as the unique Ruger cushioned grip system, a hammer-forged barrel and an extended frame machined to accept Ruger scope rings.
The Ruger Super Redhawk is chambered in .44 Magnum (which also accepts .44 Special) and .454 Casull (which also accepts .45 LC). The triple-locking cylinder is locked into the frame at the front, rear and bottom for more positive alignment and dependable operation shot after shot.
