The Smith & Wesson (S&W) SW1911 PC Round Butt is built on a scandium alloy, bobtail frame with a stainless steel, commander-length slide by S&W’s Performance Center. Chambered in .45 ACP, this hand-fit pistol’s features include:
- a 4.25″ stainless steel throated barrel with a precision crown muzzle;
- a hand-cut chamber;
- a polished feed ramp;
- a hand-tuned action;
- a Briley spherical bushing for improved accuracy;
- an oversized external extractor;
- an ambidextrous frame safety;
- a competition match trigger with an over-travel stop and a 3.5–4 lb. pull;
- a competition speed hammer;
- orange G10 custom grips with 30 lpi checkering;
- slide ported lightening cuts;
- an adjustable rear sight;
- a black post front sight;
- a two-tone finish; and
- an 8+1 magazine capacity.
