I’ve had this SA XD 40 Sub for a year now, and after 1000 plus rnds, it still functions perfectly, or as near perfect as possible. It is my full time carry. My sons and I practice at the range indoor & out at 6′, 12′, 18′, and 25′.
Groups have gotten closer and am better with this pistol than with my S&W J-frame 38 4″ revolver. Had the 38 for 25 years or better (my Grandfathers). Of all the handguns I own and/or shoot, I prefer this one.
